Rondo Music Pedal Board

Using the cash that I got from Duo buying that amp, I ordered one of these:

With shipping it was $53, not bad at all. I placed the order Monday, got it today. Arrived in ace condition, well packed. One of the pins for the half hinge was lose, but that's nothing. Construction seems fine. I'd not tour with it, but for weekend warrior/keep the music room clean puerposes it's more than fine. They also include a strip of adhesive backed velcro, but I'll most likely get some non adhesive (I hate adhesives on stuff (OCS)). I am getting that Godlyke power adapter when I get my vehicle check from work, so when I do I'll post pics.

Overall, for not alot of cash this is great, and saves me the tomfoolery of making one which would cost $30 at least.

That may end up being something I get myself. I have a box that has a pedal board built in...but the numbnuts who designed it made the "pedal board" part the lid...so the fucking handle is on the underside of the pedal board and it's constantly flopping around cuz it never sits flat...53 bucks ain't bad for that.

i think every one is getting new pedalboards at the moment. malik is getting one (albeit my old one), i've had a new one, mike has and now you. must be a 1 st of october thing lol

I'm building a pedal board this weekend out of scrap wood and such - it'll be the first one I've had in 2 years or so.
There's not gonna be any dirt or fuzz on it - should be interesting.

Ive got a Rondo board, a larger model than the one you ordered, and its turned out to be quite the bargain after 8-10 months of heavy gigging...

I think my boss has one of the huge ones, like, could fit a guitar in it huge... He told me like 5 times to get one, no joke, all in the same day. Shit is dope.

I was daydreaming about one of these today. My current pedalboard is built into a laptop briefcase. I just glued some outdoor carpet to a piece of cheap plywood and shoved it into the bottom of the briefcase. Attached a power strip with some velcro, and voila! I like the bootleg quality of it, but it's a little small for me now.

i'm pretty close to getting a new one myself, but then i recoil and decide nay. i have to be honest with myself about my playing. . . i never use most of the pedals i buy since i prefer multi-channel amps mostly.

that said, there might be a modest sized (yet powered) pedal board in the classifieds soon. . .

I got a pedalboard again because I use a multichannel amp with a footswitch and a couple of pedals including a tuner. It's just simpler than carrying them in a bag and setting it all up, I take the same about of stuff but it's simpler. it's hardly a complex board:

yeah, the one i got barely fits my switch:

which is fine since i don't usually use pedals, but i do like the ability to rotate different stuff in and out of there.
