I've ordered from them 2wice now. both times on a Saturday/sunday...pay, wait for shipping confirmation, then get emails both times on the following Friday tha my order waas shipped that day! WTF you bastards. you have my order for a week then ship it??? You have my money for a week and then ship it???

They are in a new shop now, They have told me so in emails, but claim to be behind on orders??? WTF, this place isn't that fucking busy. BTW mike, they claim their ROHS switches are the same ones used by Bonzai for half the price of that ripoff company.

Fuck Off, mate. Banzai get me stuff within 5 days of ordering it.

I was only saying that bonzai is probably pulling the wool over customers eyes on some shit. Over pricing is not cool. Thats all I'm saying. Fuck Smallbear I won't use them again because of shit customer service.

I've found Das Musikding to be consistently reliable, although they are a little pricier.

Just placed a BIG order with Pedal Parts Plus, so fingers crossed they're kosher!

SmallBear just relocated to a new warehouse/office - I wouldn't be surprised if they're taking longer then usual. They've always processed my order within 1-2 days.

i just ordered some stuff from pedalpartsplus and i can definitely recommend them. very good experience with them so far.

smallbear disappointed me. their parts were fine, but their service wasn't too hot. i wanted to cancel one item from my order and sent an email within about 2 minutes of ordering. they sat on it as though they didn't notice it (same email address as paypal account) and would not let me cancel the item and offered to exchange for something of equal value. that's poor service imo. obviously they do not like it when people realize that pedalpartsplus has 3dpt switches for $6 less. i won't make that mistake again.

I trust them implicitly and their prices are incredibly reasonable. They ship quickly and always answer email quickly. It makes so sense for me to use American suppliers.
