$50

I think the neck is probably worth that.

Haha, I almost put the $50 up, that's only 25 minutes from my work, so I could just get it.

yeah, I'd always kinda wondered what it would look like if you modified a strat into something like this. the color is obviously horrendous but the body shape looks better than I would have expected.

Surprisingly convincing, too.

I wonder if that might be the burst sort of tricking the eye, distorting the contours. Like, if it was a blank colour, it might look fuck all like that shape.

I suppose we'll find out soon enough.

He's shipping it tomorrow..I just got rid of 2 guitars(red strat with hot rails & purple deno 12 string) Now I go and buy this POS.I really wanted it for the tuners and neck.I'm dreading looking under the PG.
I guess I can refin it in surf green if it doesn't look too bad IRL.

I'm an idiot...i think the color is cool...and if the headstock was black...it'd probably look a lot better.

So I got this thing today. It's got a squier affinity strat neck on it in very nice condition. The electronics don't work but I need the pups for another project. The neck will be for another project. The body shaping is well done and the finish looks like factory glossiness. The body is not that bad even where he chiseled out a hole for the 3way.The PG is not the greatest, but with a little cleaning I may stick it on the hardtail I'm working on.Pics to follow later(I'm at work now).Worth $50 fo sho.

It looks like the original color was actually PINK!.If I can sand all this shit off without destroying the pink underneath it I may have something even more interesting to butcher.
It just looks purple because of the black overspray.
