don't worry about getting your money back - paypal are heavily on the side of the buyer, it should be easy to reclaim. Its irrelevant how much he has in his paypal account or bank account, they are an escrow service they supply the £££ in the middle.
you did get proof of sending the guitar back with signiture though..right? he could claim you have the guitar and you're lying about returning it..please keep us updated!
As for Wunjo, they are a nice shop!!! I've seen how they sell stuff, basically anyone can place their guitars in the shop, but Wunjo take a cut of the final selling price (10-20%?) - therefore it's unlikely the shop knew it was faulty.

It's pretty much the same thing they did to Stewart. Sold it as untouched and original but under the guard it was a different story, so either they didn't bother looking or lied about it (on both occasions) either way it's not very good for their rep. Tho when the guy told me he bought it from there I actually phoned them up to gety the skinny and they were really nice, on the other hand they also said "we never sold that guitar" until the seller phoned up the shop..... Just a touch iffy if you ask me.
As for Paypal you can win a claim and get nothing back. One of my friends was ripped off on ebay, he put in a claim and won but the seller had nothing in their PP account so the total he got back was £0.00. Paypal's blurb is all cool until they run into the slightest hiccup. Then they leave you high and dry.
Often sellers will sell a bunch of stuff they don't have then just close thier account, or if they are scam artists they just use a throwaway account.

Well everything has worked out the way I wanted it to with this in the end. I got a quote for the work the guitar needed as well as the 'worst cas scenario' quote on the offchance that i ever drop the guitar and have to have it split feathered and put back together plus a refin. The seller gave me a big chunk of money back so at the price including getting the neck pocket some TLC I got this for around the price of a new Japanese reissue. It's off getting healed right now.
The neck on this is an absolute dream so I'm chuffed that I managed to keep it and do it in an economically viable way. If I ever go to a Shortscale meet up I'll be sure to take it with me.
I know some of you'll probable think I'm mental for keeping it, cheap or not. I don't care, I'm happy.![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

I was thinking about selling one off, the main problem is that I have no clue which one I'd let go of. I don't think I could let go of my old sunburst one cos I just love playing it, the 66 reissue is just spanky new and is upgraded out the ass. When the oldie comes back from the repair shop my playing habits might change.
I am getting rid of my Jaguar Special cos I just can't get used to the flatter raduis, I'm hoping to trade it for a standard Jag to mod with buckers, mini or otherwise as a direct replacement.
Some of my biggest regrets have been guitars I've let go.
