Anyone ever rebias a Fender Bassman LTD? Just curious as I've got a pair of 5881's I want to drop in and I haven't really rebiased anything other than a DSL awhile back, which was super easy.

i think the bassman is fixed bias. at least the old ones are.

I know the LTDs have a bias adjustment pot....so I was assuming they could be biased when changing tubes.

is it pc board construction? look for a bias test point. some newer fender amps have them.

Yes, it looked like there was one test point. Wasn't sure if it was used for both tubs though....

yeah, there should only be one test point and one bias pot.
