Seriously, people dog on these guitars all the time but I think they're awesome. Really simple, balls-out, rock guitar. It's got a hardtail bridge and comes in awesome colors... two things which are very rare on strats! If you don't like the invader, then change the pickup, or if you don't like the control setup, get another pickguard and change it around how you want. These guitars are seriously awesome!

I've never played one, I just see tom delonge and immediately assume the worst.

Plus I don't like HBs on strats. Well, except maybe the =w= strat.

I think it's dumb because it has an Invader in it (and they sound like shit) and no tone control to affect the shitness. Thankfully it has a volume so you can turn it off.

Someone seems to have run-orf with your pickup covers, but I like it plenty. You hardly ever see CIJ antigua jags, mostly teles.

It's wired so that the one knob is both volume and tone, so if you have it all the way up then it's the same as having the tone knob all the way up, which is how I always play anyways.

Also, if you don't like the invader you can get a cheapo pickup from GFS and make it sound better! These guitars are seriously awesome... cool colors, hardtail bridge and swimming pool route so they are very easily modified.

What colour are you doing it?

No matter what the WRs will look interesting on a strat.

Not really WR unfortunately, just the split pole copies that are about. Upside down because I'm a lefty.

That case looks like you took a snooker cue case and wrenched it wide enough to fit a strat. I like it.
