Haha, I found out that the landlord will probably let me and bumguitarist have the lease, he just wants the other guy out. So if it works out, then we've actually been staying for free the past few weeks. I hope he doesn't expect us to pay for that though.

i completely can't control these situations.
leaseowner dude owes like $4000 to the electric company because he spends all his money on beer and weed. we were actually covering his rent plus some of the electric bill which is $400-500 a month. and he decides not to pay the landlord. wtf.

i wasn't aware he was a pot head when i started, plus this is the cheapest place within like 100 fucking miles.
