Well might just have to bring it to Doogfest III seeing as you didn't get a play!
as punishment for passing up a go on it first time, you shouldn't let him have a second chance. haha!

i can't believe im so late in the thread, but at anyrate,
my partscaster duo-sonic(musicmaster neck)
the body and guard and switch and brigde are 59
and the neck and 5 of the tuners are 60 with the exception of one tuner that is later.
the bridge pup is from the early 60's and the neck was a 59, but i swapped it for a lace sensor red.
here it is before i put the robroes and lace in.
once again, this used to be bubbles so he probly knows more about it than i do.
oh and the nut is a repro.

indeed it is.
22.5 scale goodness, i actually really like the neck on it, once i get around to buffing the body, im going to make a template of the neck and if i ever get the time im going to make a replica for myself out of maple and stick it on my j.s or something.

I'm still not used to the 22.5" neck I have. Sometimes I think it's incredibly comfortable, and sometimes it feels a touch too cramped. I've considered the idea of selling it to buy a 24" but it's not something i'll do soon. I was thinking that perhaps I could justify another guitar if I keep it. I'd have...

22.5" mustang
24.75" ES175
25.5" custom

Leaving a nice gap for a 24" Jaguar type. Financially it's completely unsound, but if the scale lengths dictate, who am i to argue?

oh bloody hell, i remember that.
i thought you had an actually mustang branded neck that was a 22.5 scale.
whenever i play i have been playing either my duo, or my jagstang.
nothing full scale, that scares me too much, the tele has been unloved for about 1 month now.

I sort of want one, but it's just vanity really.

I wonder how many were actually mde with mustang decals. I've only ever seen a picture of one other than Aug's. I wouldn't be surprised if the number was less than 500.
