GUMTREE.COM is similar to eBay or Craigslist I guess. I dont often go on it because its a pain to use, you can only search one City at a time.
Does anyone ever look on it? Bought anything off it? I have seen a couple of nice looking Shortscales pop up.
1972 Mustang - £480
the same mustang is listed a few days earlier for £540, obviously it didnt sell. Has some pictures though:

I've used to to find places to live. I hate the ads on there though, they usually never say anything substantial about the item.

I think it's run independently but it's owned by ebay.

Might be worth a low-ball offer. Condition doesn't look too hot.

i've bought a few things on gumtree, that guitar looks ok to me for the price, but as always, make sure you give it a thorough going over first.

it's okay - found several places to live through it, and occasionally sold things (body, soul etc) on there. be wary of scammers as per usual. Saw a "naive wife of former guitar player" selling an old anderson super-strat for £600 on there (normally £1100 if you can find one) and was promptly sent a typically scammer email requesting paypal, dob etc...
