Ah, I was looking on their site for a section re: warranty stuff but couldn't find one. I doubt they'd send me a new amp D: Though I will try with the customer support line thing :} Cheers.

Check it out:
http://www.voxamps.com/support/servicepolicy/

Look at the warranty section. Looks like you're gonna have to take it to the place you purchased it and they will send it back to vox for repair.
I hope you have a backup in the meantime :x

It's an Orange. I just filled in the warranty form on their site and got a confirmation e-mail etc, so I'll chase it up this week. I get 2 years warranty on it so that's good for my situation. I don't have a backup here unfortunately :/

Oh fuck that makes me look dumb. I thought this thread was about a vox for some reason. My bad!

Good luck man, hopefully they have a quick turnaround for you.

Haha, nah if you just glance at the "AD30" bit it'd understandably be assumed as a Vox, and cheers for the page to help :D Aye, me too :(

Right. I think I have actually fixed it this time. I put in both the valves you gave me, Mike, and it's been working all night, with being turned on and off. They went in, and stayed in really easily and well this time too.
