i may be getting one in a deal--
any tips or thoughts
heard it is a love hate pedal

I liked mine, but it was way too harsh to use for anything besides intense fuzz solos. Definitely NOT a rhythm pedal and it's pretty muddy. All around very hard to make usable. That's how I remember it anyways.

But the mud is made from junk metal, and somehow is only at unity gain. If you get one, get a clean boost too.

I had one for a month of so last year, really fun pedal to dick about on although I found it pretty much useless in a band situation. Like the fuzz tone wish there was a away of separating it from the octave.

Its a good pedal but - like the vintage, hate the RI - they sound different

i used to have one but sold it after a while.
wasnt good for rhythm at all and the octave bit got a little annoying after a while
