My Mike's Design Pedal Got Here Yesterday!
Man, international shipping was quick as shit on this one! I can't wait to test drive it...I have a couple days off this week and next, so I'll definitely be building out my paedo-al board then. For starters, having not plugged it in yet, it looks fucking terrific. Great attention to detail and the paint is flawless. I love my cuss-word laden knob controls! I'll post sondz when i get a chance.
Awesome Mike. thanks so much dude!

yeah, that's crazy. i was all stoked to see the Royal Mail sticker on the envelope. Man, I wish I was at home messing with the pedal!Mike wrote:Lovely. I'm really glad it got to you quick smart - that's 3 business days, very very fast indeed. Ironically Fredo's pedal to the same area was like a month!

I'm reading Bill Bryson's 'Mother Tongue' (on Bobaresecake's recommendation) and recently read the bit where he points out that way have the Royal Mail deliver the post, and youse guys have the Postal Service deliver the mail.St. Jimmy wrote:yeah, that's crazy. i was all stoked to see the Royal Mail sticker on the envelope. Are you going to do a demo? With bass?
It's the mammoth clone right? Those sound brilliant.

which is a big reason i got it that way.Zaphod wrote:Cunt on Full.
Describing settings on this pedal will never, ever get old.
james: i will demo with both bass and guitar, but i mainly got it for guit-fiddling action.
mike: thanks for the knob reccomendayshes. i will definitely start there. if it sounds half as good as it looks, it'll be well worth the price. i envision that i'm done with buying pedals for now...but you never know...i also envision a pedal board with only board member pedals on it. i have:
-Dwarfcraft Plane Ticket
-Mike's Aggressively Swear-Word Laden Fuzzer Dealie
-Danelectro Tremolo
-Danelectro Chorus
Danelectro Vibrato
I'm pretty set.

TGD by Dwarfcraft Devices
Mudhoney bought from james
Shredmaster
Marshall RF-1
4/6 pedals came from shortscale in some way.

I'm partial to the term "Twat at midnight" myself, just has a nice ring.Zaphod wrote:Cunt on Full.
