i have been playing with the idea of a 7 string since i put the baritone strings on my telecaster.
i rarely ever use it, but that b string comes in handy sometimes.
not for the metalz tho.
i'd love to score an older jazz box 7 string.

$550??? I'd actually would rather craigslist an Ibanez 7 string for like 300 bucks. Maybe something with a floyd rose. Y'know...for fun.
