my tewb broke

I got my sunn amp back from the repair shop. they put new tubes in it and fixed some stuff. I played it for like 10 minutes and then it started making horrible noises and shooting sparkes. I shit it off and look at the back and the tube glass had broken all the way around, so you can lift the glass off of the tube from the middle up

Is this something that happens. I have to wait till tuesday to take it back and get my shit fixed

Is it probably just a bad tube
