I'm just glad I didn't go and find the image first so that now it looks like you were trying to act smart by steelin' mah knowledge.

I don't know why they didn't tell me that when I bought my guitar >.>

thanks for the help guys.

few more quick questions

1) On the fender site the trem arm has a white tip, mine is black... Could I have gotten the wrong trem arm ...?....It does fit nice with the screw tightened more though.

2) What is with the complaints of the mustang trem I've heard about in the past? Mine stays in tune better than any strat I've ever played.

If the switches and pickup covers are white, the switch tip should be too. I think that's true anyway.

the switches are black, same with the pup covers....so i guess the tip should be black?

another question....the neck pup seems to have higher output than the bridge....is this normal on mustangs?

cool side note : just took the plastic that comes on top of the PG when you buy a new guitar...DAMN I didn't think the guitar could get sexier... it looks better now :)

Hey, did you try plugging it in yet? I bet it sounds even better when it's plugged in too.

no camera....and my dad couldn't do it on saturday cause I was out practicing for my upcoming gig, and sunday I went to a hockey game, like a good canadian.

My brothers friend may lend me her digital camera to take some videos & pics next time I see her. If she lends it to me I can demo my whole rig (jagmaster & mustang into EHX double muff into my crate amp)

Kids got a sense of priority, I have no problem with it. I'd take a stang over a cheap point-and-click any day.

it was 850 8)
Until friday I am broke...and after saturday I will probably be broke again (plan on getting a small clone and a big muff, with some new cables, strap locks etc...)
+ I can't really justify buying a camera just to demo off a guitar.

Yeah I know, friday before my super stupid 9 1/2 hour shift I'll probably go and see if I can get a decent digital camera that has video for 20-50$...but most of the ones I've seen at walmart and shit were like 120-150$

Naw, he just bought a guitar and has no camera to show it off.
A dude putting a nice stereo system in a $200 car just wants to drown out the fucked-up wheel bearing noise with Stravinsky and the 1812 overture and stuff.

you already made this post a month ago.

im glad you are excited about the guitar, but i already answered your question.
you should just bump up your old post. not start a new one with the same questions if you still have the same questions after i answered your questions.
robroe wrote:make sure the guy at the store gives you the proper tools to adjust the guitar.

it should come with two different sized allen wrenches. a small one for the saddle screws and one for the trem arm. make sure the grub screw for the trem arm is in there or you wont be able to lock the arm in.

get a red one.

we need a red one in the mg65 family

I GAVE YOU ALL THIS INFORMATION A MONTH AGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....

no wait it was like 2 months ago i told you to look for the grub screw and then i gave you a link to that post last month to the previous month. so almost 2 months have gone by since i told you what to look for before you ask about the grub screw.
