1972 Gibson SG-200

Image

Super-Sonic made out of fender parts, shell pink, non-matching headstock, pearloid Jazzmasterish guard (no plates), with p-90's and bronco knobs.

The guy I bought my Vox guitar from also had an SG-200 for sale

My "Dream Guitar" Paula Pierce's hollowbody Vox VI.I wonder what happened to it after she died?

Yeah I see them popping up on the bay, from time to time.
Seems, I can never find one that isn't missing some parts, (the guard on these things appears to just poof out of existance, somehow) that's in the right cosmetic state and that is not grossly overpriced.

My day will come.

but that'll never happen. realistically, a starcaster or a coronado would be on my list.

The '57 U1 was pretty much it for me. I guess if I had to pick one now it would be a vintage Epi Casino:

Except with a different color scheme, and a Jazzmaster pickup in the neck and a Widerange HB in the bridge.

edit: I love the Mustang shape, but would want it to be full thickness. Alder probably. With a nice thick boat contour flamed maple neck and dark rosewood board. Matching headstock. I'm not sure about what color I'd want, but perhaps black or white.
