My Frozen Rickenbacker.
When I got my new(used)Rickenbacker yesterday it was it a balmy 4 degrees F so the rule here in The North Country is to let it thaw for 48 hours to avoid "weather checking".Oh,in case you are wondering,I live in Minnesota not Texas. The funny thing is,my girlfriend just told me she has a plan to buy land in,of all places, West Texas so that may turn out to be my home after all.
Well my cat was very annoyed about this rule because he had other plans for the box(best cat toy ever!)so I unpacked it the box last night and put the case in a corner.Well now it has been about 24 hours so I decided it was ok to open the case long enough to snap a pic before I put it back in the corner till tommorrow(I have company coming tonite and I don't want them playing with it). Anyway, here is the picture if you wanna see:

why is your house so creepy? do you like being surrounded by weird pictures of children and dolls? like, where does this stem from, or are you just "artsy" -- and if so are the paintings done by you? maybe this is just like the "gear room" of your house? because if that's your living room i don't know what type of guests/(murder victims?) you'd have over.
honest question, seriously.

Agreed on the fact that the guitars tasty! You do buy and sell a lot of your instruments though. It takes me literally 3-6 months (sometimes more) to warm up to a guitar... maybe that's because I'm just shit, hah. I don't agree that your house is in any way weird though. Different, yes. Interesting, yes. Weird? Definitely not.

Nice place, westtexasred. Not unlike my own, actually
Oh and nice axe, too!
Aeon, That Dali comment was complete bullshit.
I refuse to believe that the notion that it may be more rewarding for at least some people, to be surrounded by their own artwork or maybe that of friends or family, than to be surrounded with posters of "expensive paintings by renowned artists", is lost on you.
