I just "buy-it-now'd" a black Classic Player going for 600$ (32$ shipping) on the 'bay.

I played one of those at the guitar shop the other day, same color. They look even better in person and sound real nice especially the bridge pup.

Shortscale grows everyday, we get about 5-6 new people join a week on average, sometimes more like 20.

How do the Classic Players compare to the CIJ? I covet the matching headstocks of the CIJ. I have heard that the CIJ pickups are much less hot, but that neither of them are really vintage accurate, not that that matters too much to me..
