I can't give away my riff secrets I stole from sonic youth!!!
my G and B string are tuned GG and those bits are me playing a fret apart. so the first high pitched bit is G 3rd fret and G 2nd fret and then a twist of the trem.

Ahaa. Sounds good, I do similar stuff in Casa Bonita, the trem arm makes it even better though when you do it.

Two notes a semitone apart + fuzz and tremolos is one of my favourite pastimes.
Adding the wrong bass note works too sometimes.
