The staff Steve's are all douchebags. A long time ago, when I didn't know any better, I had them install a tune-o-matic on a shitty guitar I once owned. They never bothered to put the correct posts on the guitar (which I had actually supplied with the bridge to them, so its not like they didn't have any) so the bridge was all loose because the posts on the guitar were too narrow for the mounting holes on the bridge itself. And they never even bothered to put the slots in the saddles, like I asked. When I complained, they told me "that's the way tune-o-matics are supposed to be mounted", as if I were the idiot.
