Little Big Muff Pi

Post by american ingenuity »

I got a Little Big Muff Pi as an early Christmas present yesterday, and so far it's everything i was hoping it would be. I played it through my Fender amp (Champion 110 maybe? I can't remember right now) and it has a great fuzzy sound and really long sustain on the lower notes, but on higher notes it seems to fizzle out for some reason. Other than that it's a very nice pedal and i'm definitely glad i got it. I've never heard the original Big Muff Pi, so i can't compare them but i'm guessing some of you have so for those of you who have played both what are your thoughts?

Oh sorry I was unaware. By the original i guess i mean the one from the 70s? Like the first one, because that's what all the reviews seem to compare the Little Big Muff Pi to.
