i have never played a bullet and for all i know it sucks, but i have tried out the low end squiers (like $99-$149) and the necks are fine imo. i actually like the necks very much but i like really cheap guitars in general.
anyway try going to the local guitar store and try out those cheap squiers in the same price range and you might find that the neck is adequate for you. just instead of a bullet, it would be a normal squier strat or whatever.

get the guitar before you start planning things like replacing the neck and such. seriously, so many people talk shit on these things and 90% of the time it's total bullshit. get the guitar first and then see what you need to replace. I'm thinking a bridge and some pickups should be pretty much it. you can fuss with the little details later.

cogito ergo sum...thing or other...
man, i'm not talking shit, i ACTUALLY own a neck that is identical to the necks on these. indonesian squier. they play ok, but look like shit, and i would not put any trust in the fucker to stay straight for very long with much misuse. the fretboard on the one i have looks like someone used petrified dinosaur shit. (i did not get it from the guy who has the dino shit knobs)
of course, play it, and judge for yourself, but look out for it. s'all i'm sayin.

sorry, guess I overlooked the "mojo for under 150" part of the OG message.
I would want 300 shipped.
On the plus side, put those lace sensors in and you are good to go. No need to change the trem, its already big block style. And it comes with OHSC and "monogrammed" fender strap (which I think may have come with these.) And all the other hardware is better as well, tuners especially.
I was thinking about putting lace sensors and tort on it, but I may sell it instead. I go back and forth.
The bridge pickup seems to be dead.
I'll just comfirm that it's dead.
Affirmative, I played it, it was dead.
DISCLAIMER: the 300 shipped is maybe risky, considering international representation on this forum. lets say 275 + shipping, instead, worldwide, to be safe. sorry.
PM me if anybody's interested, otherwise I will make a post later in classifieds for this one, to keep from potentially hijacking haze's thread. sorry man.
yeah, i mean no offense to anybodies indo/china/mex/korea guitars. it all comes down to taste and luck, as far as getting a good one, yknow.JaguarOW wrote:lol i love that songwilliam wrote:
