lank

Particularly like the comment
It uses a 6BN6 and two remote-cutoff pentodes. Ask your mother what those are. She's already tasted your foreskin anyway.
Don't like the $5000 custom built only feature...

If you actually hear them they sound like complete arse, which is unsurprising given the design "ethos" seems to be to just cram a lot of tubes into a hodge podge circuit of lameness.

headphones don't reach the computer at work - can only imagine "hey, we've crammed a load of weird tubes that hardly exist any more, into to an amp that costs $5K" to be an odd combination for the time being.. will check it out later though..

erm, the original post was from jan/feb 2008- i hadn't read it and you weren't even registered. had i bothered to search, and taken the 'oh, it's already been said so fuck anyone who missed it' approach, you wouldn't have seen this.

besides. it's hardly like i'm n00bing and asking how to set up the intonation on a mustang is it

GLAD YOU DIDN'T! my "fucking fucker" amp is ordered and shipped, thanks to your negligence and sense of self importance. thanks!

seriously though. couldn't be bothered is no reason to not follow the general unspoken rule of not clogging the boards up with duplicate topics.

i know im not perfect but i don't take a cocky selfrighteous stance about it. c'mon.

that's why ss.org has been acting up recently then - too many posts about strats, teles, mustangs, jags, danos etc. everything has probably been said before and is now causing the internet to implode...

srsly, no-one's forced into reading a topic. if it feels like deja vu, it's generally a glitch in the matrix.
