This is not for silly cheap like that Private Idaho Duosonic we saw the other day, but it's fun to look at and dream.

It's expensive, but not over priced. 2K for one in that good of shape is not too bad. I have seen plenty asking 3-4K for early 60's

i just watched a much less desirable one go for more than that on ebay. if i lived in america i'd snap that up RIGHT NOW. 2 grand for a custom colour 62 really isn't that much these days.

Not considering Denmark St prices. I saw a refin'd 65 Jaguar for £1500 when i was there a few year back, that is why i snapped my 64 up for a lot less even though its a refin with grovers.

i doubt you'd see any vintage jag on denmark st for that now. i know they have overheads and everything, but they take the piss sometimes.

actually, i'm just thinking... no-one on here lives in the DC area, do they? because i'd have been perfectly willing to paypal someone the cash for that jag RIGHT NOW if they could have picked it up and posted it to me, damn it.
(plus a bonus for all the trouble involved)
america vs britain is not fair.
