Finally got the tracks from our last recording session

Post by Thom »

It has been a really hard few months in terms of band/music, and the last recordings we did under with our old line up has finally been "finished" after 4 months...following several problems with our sound engineer and our bass player.
Not quite turned out as I'd hoped, but still, they're not bad.
They're pretty long, the 4 songs make up 27 mins of music, so if you have the patience, would be cool to hear what you think.
Cheers.

Cool stuff, the first song (Azrael) is very Epic, and reminds me a lot of Tool in the heavier parts which is a good thing as far as I'm concerned. Elaborate guitar work.

Riffs aplenty in Gravity vs. Ground, a couple of timing wobbles but the guitars sound great. Songs are definitely on the collossal side, I'm more of a 3 minute pop man, but I can appreciate what you're doing.

Flashlights Fistfights sounds like a Funeral For A Friend song, accomplished and tidy enough for the genre.

Cheers for listening Mike :) Comments much appreciated.
And well spotted - I'm the big Tool fan and Tim our other guitarist is the big Funeral fan :)
