Sure, if you want mate. I've actually done all the modding to your pedal (and Rob's two) tonight in a fit of action. Just waiting on the LM308N to plug in and then it's back to you, sounding great already though. Booyah. Pics in a bit or tomorrow.
Likewise - no hurry, still ampless here; buy all means video for future youtube 'You too could have a Rat like this...' action. Meant to ask, where do you buy your knobs from? Just seen how fucking hideous the stock BYOC jobs are...
Banzai and Musikding mate, but I can throw some in with the RAT for you for free. Which do you want? Mustang, Boss style or the "pointer" ones that are on Catalinbread pedals (in black)
No worries mate, I've put them with the RAT so I don't forget. In other news, your IC was WAY easier to desolder than Josh's transition RAT. Yours is on a more old-school looking PCB which is much easier to work with than the green one on his RAT.
Cool as cats - is it the newer, slopy-topped Rat, or the older, flat one? I paid no attention to it at all when I nipped to James's, so intent were we on not being able to carry out the simplest of pedal tasks...
It's a new slopey top, but it's interestingly got "THE BRAT" (short lived budget rat model, in hot pink) model stickers on the inside of the case and on the box it came in, which is trivia to say the least. Rest assured it is a RAT, and now a fucking awesome sounding one.
Saltbooster - replaced LED with blue one, added toggle (up - 'thin', middle - 'off', down - 'stock'). Rewired the whole thing too.
Box Of Mike - replaced board and Treble pot, replaced LED with blue one, added decals
Cool, thanks Mike. So as I understand it, with both toggles in one position it'll be a stock Rat, albeit one with a posh chip. Then I can switch from the normal diodes to LEDs, and also turn the Reutz mod on or off.
Having typed this statement of the obvious, I'm now not sure why I started. It's a bit like when they recap an entire documentary after the adverts. Am I dumbing down?

Absolutely. Both toggles in the left position is stock. move them to the right to engage the mods. the Left toggle is the Reutz toggle, the Right one is the Diode/LED toggle. I might make a video.
