Too bad its in the typical sunburst that fender ALWAYS uses. I'm so sick of sunbursted guitars. They need to make moar shell pink, surf green, LPB, etc.

I think all MIJ VIs have been burst... It's truly a sickening color despite not even being a color, I've always believed this and Shortscale is one of the only relatively mainstream places where I find this affirmed...

What really sucks about it is the "look at me I'm from Japan" red tort. I have a feeling it's horribly set up with the intonation screws that way... Did Fender Japan ever release them with Mustang saddles?

I think all MIJ bass VIs have mustang saddles. At least, thats what I noticed when I was in the market for one.
