if you're set on doing something like that a reissue musicmaster bridge would be a much more achievable purchase. bronco bridges are rare and as a result, pretty expensive.
You can do anything, you don't need to ask our permission If you can manage to plug up the ugly Strat routes, find a bridge, and understand a few basic guitar things, the possibilities then become endless. Theoretically you should worry about string spacing, but I don't believe that's a problem.
sure it's possible. there's a couple major issues though.
1.) bronco bridges are not made anymore and it's hard to find the old ones not attached to a bronco.
2.) dealing with that strat trem route is a major pain in the ass. maybe you could just route out a little more space for the bronco bridge and just slap it on right over the whole. that's a possibility.

well, im planning on just putting it over the trem route, i dont want a mustang cause I dont want any string changing shenanagins and I really dig that bronco/duo sonic brige with the 3 saddles... I might go the duo sonic/musicmaster way but how much routing would be involved??

The Bronco and Duo-Sonic have different bridges. The Duo has the fixed bridge which is shared with the Music Master, the Bronco has a tremolo which was exclusive to that model. You would probably experience more "string changing shenanigans" with the Bronco trem than the Mustang one(the ball ends on the strings just hook in rather than going through holes likie on the Mustang's tailpiece). I've had Mustangs and now I own a Bronco. I personally like the Bronco trem much better. Only problem is that they're very scarce. The one pictured below sold on ebay on January 12 for $202.50

If you want to convert your Strat to a hardtail I'd recommend this over the Duo bridge. If you're set on the three saddle Duo/MM bridge it can be done, but it could require quite a bit of work because it may not completely cover the existing trem cavity.
EDIT: Actually it will require a lot of work. The placement of the screws on the Duo bridge would require that the Strat trem route be filled.

This is the one I'd recommend.
I just really dig the three saddle bridge... I'm willing to do work... I just want to know what I will need to do.???
Wow, that is really a whole lot of trouble and money for a dramatic loss in functionality, but I guess this forum hates strat trems
I wanted to do silly bridge things to a Strat once, but ultimately switched to a Tele, as plugging the routes on a Strat is just too much trouble and hardtail Strat bodies to fuck with actually get expensive...
