LAZORBEAK TRANSFORM: OPERATION VOICE BOX

ok so hilary ordered me the Electro Harmonix VOICE BOX for my birthday. it should be here around thursday or so.

i went over to GC to buy some patch cables for it when i realized i had no idea what to get.

it says on the package it has balanced XLR imputs for mics and 1/4" jacks for guitars/line stuff.

my PA has both for imputs on it.

im trying to figure out if i need a male to male XLR cable to get it from the voice box to the PA or a female to male one.

all the shots of the voice box only show the imput side of the thing. not the output side of it. do these things normally take male or female ?

wtf do I buy.

You're a fucking n00b. Read the manual.

The mic input will be XLR male, the effect output will be XLR Female.

You need a male -> female cable to connect your mic to the input (if your mic is XLR and half decent), and another to connect to your PA from the output.
