its already out, not much buzz around it, supposedly its out in Europe for now.
Also it is supposed to be the same, but people who heard it say its not as good as the original, but that could be false.
The XO DMM is the DMM retooled for European RoHS compliance (regulates use of specific parts), that's why it's only available there.

I'm less an expert on the different circuits (you should come join us on the EHX forums) -- I believe the XO Graphic Fuzz is pretty much the same, and I believe the RoHS has a few changes more than just the solder.
