Wonderful job there. I had never seen a classy looking Hagstrom - until now.

Cheers dude. Actually the very late HIIIs shipped with these Viking pickups. When they were using up parts at the end of the sixties you got batches like this, when the crazy switchplate makes a reappearance too:

Yeah fer reals about the viking being classy, 'cept I still find my burst classier (I swear I'm going to sell it SOON [/procrastinate])

Those Viking pickups look sweet in that guitar. Surprisingly I don't feel the same way about that white one you just posted, I think the 3 bigass square pickups just look a bit too busy with everything else going on. Can't you sand the justin bit off somehow? or get some sort of marker remover? The tuners look like a massive improvement...thats one of my least favorite things about my viking
