fairly cheap mustang bass on ebay

Post by astro »

A little while ago, somebody was saying that they wanted a Mustang bass with a P Bass pickup. I can't remember who it was, though. There's one on the bay with an ash body, looks fairly clean besides the pickup mod. It's cheap, $599, I'm not sure if the mod means it should be worth less, but I thought I'd post it here in case it's of interest to anybody.

Great Deal considering the price of a new one costs that much.

Yeah, that was me that was looking at a similarly set up bass. That's a pretty nice one, but for bass it has to be maple neck for me. And I just bought a Bronco, so I don't have any money.

Thanks for posting it, though!

i always think the way they changed the top horn on later 70s shortscales looks horrible. my musicmaster has it, it looks ugly compared to the rounder shape on older ones.
