Almost fucked myself up 8 times on my amp build when I was sure I knew what I was doing. My dad started to whimper like a freshly neutered puppy after the 11th time I touched something I shouldn't have. "Ca---careful... watch ou---" in this hesitant, "you're old enough to shock yourself if that's what you really want" kinda way.

I know all the theory, but I've not done it yet. I'm sure when I get into making an amp kit I will shock myself many times.

If I didn't you won't. I know dick all about this stuff at the end of the day, it's all specific to my favourite bits of classic gear (i.e. the plexi circuit, champs, etc...) And my dad's introduction to amp builds came via blowing shards of vacuum tube into his bedroom ceiling in 1962 and his mum going bitchcakes on him.

that is a fantastic deal as long as its legit and works properly.
