That looks lovely
it sounded great, but blatantly refused to do clean sounds.
i think i need to replace the preamp sockets on the super reverb as they've been giving me a lot of trouble. otherwise, i really like it, especially the lean-back feature. the speakers aren't my favorite, though. originally it had jbl d110fs, but the guy who sold it to me jacked 'em for his blackface and put reissue jensens in. they sound a little dull, but not intolerably so.

Don't look now, but it appears an eagle or other large raptor has pooped on yr SK-1.

Sweet T-40 - is that a Bandit or a Basic behind it?

old set-up. i'll try to post the new set-up later...
Lol, have that keyboard. Best thing to do is make a fart sound with the sampler and play it down the bottom.

But that maybe because I've had it since I was like 7.

nice set-up: i've been wanting that Digitech Hardwire Stereo Reverb pedal & the Korg Pitchblack for a hot minute--kind of been wanting the Korg PB-02 pitchblack though; nonetheless, either one would be fine for me, either way...

the next one up on the pitch black's would be superb, but just not needed for my use
the RV-7 is stunning though, would recomend to anyone wanting lush reverb

Aww good to see those boys getting used again. They were both fun builds. Will have to get the tonebender back from you at some point to put in some better sockets for the trannies.

That board looks so swish.

i've got them sounding really nice now, they screaming like a bloke with his lovespuds in a vice.

works well with the p90 in the melody maker. since i got that melody maker, i have played any of my other guitars. must dig out the strat. you fancy a road trip to the west country soon?

It's a bit of a mission. You thinking of getting that Vintage/Modern?

it's a much better board to work with than the coffin case one i had before. sold that to malik. having better cables is good too. i've gotten a bit bored of delay, just been using a bit of amp reverb. the volume pedal allows me to do the steve hackett esq sweeping sounds and swells.

I am trying this setup at the moment. I love my normal fuzzes(well sort of normal) but my jamming with swing hailey aen and lightrail taught me a bunch about frequencys and getting lost in the mix. At home when I am just messing around I want max bass because I guess I am trying to compensate for there being no bass being played. And my setup and playing has been geared towards the idea of no bass being there so I make up for it. but I took those same ideas to that garage and I couldn't be heard. So I maxed the treble on the big muff clone and I could be.
So I am changing shit to 1) be more guitar in a band setting sounding and 2) be a bit different sounding. the shiva does that for me.
combined with the austin gold to grit up my clean tone(I imagine if my amp was cranked I wouldnt need this)
I did have the boss ps-5 and ps-3 on there instead of the digitech delay...and they sound awesome, but I hate that OH I STEPPED ON A PEDAL SOUND. and wanna try and get weird sounds out of just the guitar being distorted with litte effect help.

I've still got a hankering for a wah though  not just any wah though, that foxx wah machine I tried with mickie was proper good and not your normal wah sound.
