Any ways, this is a mock up I made with the mustang builder of how my mustang would look like with a pearl gaurd and white covers.

That's what I was thinking to, but one of the pick ups in my mustang is a Hot Rails in the color white, so....... Can't do much about that. :?

Uh what do you mean vaseline? I'm pretty sure its just the lighting.
I was planning to change off the red tort stang, until I had them side by side and decided that they just look to good to change any thing on either.
But I love them both, never thought it would be possible that I would find a brand new lefty.

haha, right on

those photos are all out of focus, people put vaseline on the lens to intentionally cause blur.

Oh, yeah sorry about that, I'm not used to using my dad's new digital camera, so I didn't feel like fiddling with it out in my cold garage.

judging by the colour scheme and contours it looks like a 69RI to me, not a 65. not that it matters really, but they do look pretty much identical.

It's definitely not a 65RI. It's a '69.

Literally NOTHING about it suggests otherwise.

- Wrong Tuners
- Wrong scratchplate
- No scratchplate gap
- Wrong robroe covers
- Contours it shouldn't have.

It is a '69RI. If you thought it was a' 65 RI then someone CHUMPED you, Chump.
Do your homework, this is all Basic stuff.

I new it! 65 RI = blue and pearl.

Its nice though, I love my 69 RI. Also, the red tort is much nicer, I would change the brown tort if I were you. You can always put it back to stock if you don't like it.

And a million other things:

- Daphne Blue not Sonic Blue
- Aged Pearl not Tort
- Pickguard shrink
- Better bridge
- Better pickups
- White Plastic Peg Kluson Tuners
- Slab body, no contours
- Black robroes and switches as opposed to white

Yeah yeah. The body and guard colour is the most obvious thing, first thing I would look at. Apparently my 69 RI has a 67 RI neck... well, i think thats what the classifieds ad said. It has white button tuners, deffinately not a 69RI neck. Although, I have never seen a 67' RI?
