nothing wrong with a little humbucker every now and then, heh. I don't know about all that staring up someones nostril stuff but I agree I kind of like the humbuckers with rings. The Jaguar looks super busy and cramped to me as it is, the humbuckers hardly make any difference in that respect.

Why thank you :D

Oh and heres my newer 65RI got it for around 280 at guitar center cause the tech thought the bridge was broken when it just had to be raised

i know some people will hate me for the humbucker...

No pickguard gap? I don't hate you for the humbucker, but you probably could have installed it so that the polepieces line up for best performance.

Normally I think rings on a pickguard look ridiculous. It's a much better option to get the pickguard cut correctly. The rings actually look good on that HH jags though. Saying that, they'd probably benefit from chrome robroes and a much darker fretboard.

New shortscale. 22" acoustic with pickup. Shown beside the Bronco for comparison. This thing is fun!

The Bronco? $400. It was too much at the time. But I liked it too much to pass up.

Yes, I'm running a Jag through a Johnson 15 watt amp.

I'm just as ashamed as I should be.

That it is, sir. Got it for around $450 at Guitar Center in December.

I really do need to upgrade my amp. I've been playing for about 4 years with both that amp and another solid state fender bullet amp from the early '90s, and with this recent purchase of a Jaguar I've come to realize how important an amp is.
This might not be the time or place for a question like this, but can any of you tell me a bit about the Epiphone Valve Junior Half Stack? I can most likely get an even better price than what it's already offered at.

Two recent purchases:

RI Mustang Bass, with the stock pickguard changed to a black one for 70's mojo. Kicks ass, it's my new favorite, and it's the first time I've ever bought a guitar or bass brand new. Snagged it just before the retail price ballooned by 50%.

Squier Bronco bass, all stock for now but that won't last long!
