schaller makes a nice 70's F tuner replacement but they are 80 bucks a set

if you don't mind putting a couple extra screw holes in the back of your headstock i suggest these....i use them on my mustangs and jagstang. these are 50 bucks a set

I've got some of those Schaller tuners. If you're in the UK I'd be willing to sell them to you.

Oh, that`s very interesting, because IÂ´ve got those Schallers.
But take a look at my photo, the Schallers need bigger holes and the screw holes are too narrow for them ... whatÂ´s wrong?

There's three different kinds of F tuner. I think the ones you need are the third, latest type.

Sorry, I can only find one kind of these tuners with diagonal screw holes.
One remarkable thing is, that the Schallers need 10mm holes, my neck has 8,5mm holes ...

Wrong. As I said, these tuners need 10mm holes. My Musicmaster has 8,5mm holes ...

those mustang tuners look like the nicest option.

i have plastic ones like that on my bronco and they work great

Those are the Fender reissues, also made by Schaller I think but maybe to the spec you're looking for? As long as the screw holes all line up you could easily buy some new bushings.

Sorry, Ionly can repeat the facts: I`ve got too small holes and not right positioned screw holes... sorry.

To fill the holes are no oppurtunity, cause I don`t wanna make those holes bigger.

I don't see why this is so difficult.

Fill the screw holes with some plastic wood. Let dry. Re-drill the holes. Install tuners.

edit - robroe just said this earlier, I don't know what else to say. You've already got the tuners. Looks like your set.
