i have seen some single ply guards warp wthin 10 years, hell my original js guard is a bit warped and fallen apart in some parts but thats probly becuz i put it thru hell.

I've got a 3-ply teleguard that I can now shove 3-4 pics under... and it's less than a year old, and kept in a climate-controlled room.

I always assumed that the screw was holding the universe together or something.... But then I took it out, nothing happened and I had to re-think my theory.
