a mate of mine is after a blue pearl pickguard for a '69 RI mustang...anywhere he can buy one or get one made that will fit exactly? preferable online in the USA.

As far as an exact fit, repro gaurds almost always will be the tiniest bit off but luckily you're dealing with a piece of plastic that is easy to file and hides any new screw holes that your friend may have to drill.
