The real question is when will they be available in the states? The Vintage Delay (Deluxe Memory man) took about 18 months to get to the states.

The time machine took forever b/c of the switch to ROHS compliance. I imagine these amps already are compliant since they're new.

I'd like to see Behringer use it's manufacturing might to do something interesting, like their take on an analog synth, or even a modeling synth. That video they posted a while back of their mini-City production facility in China was impressive.
