Fender Jaguar measurement required please.

Post by TheBurbz »

I am making a mickey mouse Jaguar and would like to know the following measurement:

I asked Jeannie Pickguards if they could tell me that one dimension from their Jaguar pickguard as it was for a non-standard guitar and they wouldn't. The cunts, I'm hardly likely to buy one from them without knowing if it fits

I would be very grateful if someone could do this for me. The measurement on the body that I drilled myself has a distance of 171mm.

Never buy Jeannies. Nick has a horror story. I would measure mine but it's MIM?

Yeah, I was immediately turned off buying from them because of the reply they sent me in garbled english. I think pickguardian.com looks like a good bet if I have to go down the custom made route but I think the stock pickguard may just fit.

I think the MIM would have the same measurement as the CIJ, I am fitting the same TOM bridge that is used on the MIM models anyway so I'm hoping that my guesstimate is right. If you wouldn't mind and it's not too much trouble then I would appreciate the measurement please Mike. From neck heel to centre posts on the TOM plz :)

Thank you!
