Swinger project.

Post by Sven »

I am working on a Swinger project:

I started with a NOHO swinger body bought from Dave & Aug.

Added vintage musicmaster/mustang parts I hunted down on ebay.

I haven't had the nerve to chop the headstock (it's a decent vintage neck).

Still need to work on sanding the rough ridges of the body and select a color.

Sweet, what color you planning on?

No matter how good red looks don't go with it, it's to played out. Do something different like Daphne Blue or Shell Pink would be cool.

thinking of going with Burgandy Mist metallic, I've never seen a swinger with that color.

I also have a black NOHO swinger body that I want to put a 24" mustang neck on. Use a Mustang bridge and vibrato too.

Shoot...just realized I should have posted this under "projects"...I'm tired, if a mod could move it please? thx.
