Glimor, Frusciante, Marr, Greenwood, Sergeant, Coxon, Morello, Cobain.

While most of these guys are associated far more with other models, I remember seeing them all playing Tele’s over the years and thinking now that’s a nice guitar, I’ll have to get myself one of those.

So who else should be on the list?

I'm pretty sure that's the same tele as the Led Zep I one. I think he just decorated it.

Graham Coxon for me, maybe Greenwood a bit too.
Didn't like it when Frusciante started using teles though, he was playing so boring at the time that he really needed a Strat neck pickup and whammy bar to hold my attention.
