Best strap I've bought.

Post by Ty »

Don't know if any one has posted this before, but I bought one of those DiMarzio cliplock straps today and I have to say, it's the strap I've ever bought.
Here's some pics.

Strap button isn't used instead you take that off and just put on the piece that comes with it.

This is my favorite. It's a 2" unbleached cotton no-name thing I got about 5 years ago. Cheap, but so amazingly comfortable and classy. It's the softest strap I've ever felt.

The button reads "Unstoppable Killing Machine"

nah, it'd have to be in here to make sense and i don't think people would appreciate a parody thread in a knowledge forum.

i use fender straps 'cause they're comfy.
bit too long though so on one of my guitars the plastic whatsit that you adjust the length with sits on my shoulder and it's rather annoying/

FWIW, I can get along with the favorite threads much better than the "your first..." threads.

They can be pretty sexy bastards, but they're the most uncomfortable straps I've ever had the misfortune of wearing, even with that "pad" thing.

I use, straps, that I have. I sort of, pick them up. I don't really care too much. They're fucking straps. All mine are black, except for one that is black with yellow moons on it.

Seriously? Fucking straps?

I have a checkered Planet Waves strap that I use on everything. (straplocks = one strap to rule them all, as someone said on here before)
I really like these because the entire strap is kinda padded, as opposed to the ones who are only padded in the designated shoulder area.

i wouldn't feel safe using a cliplocked strap on a heavy guitar.

seriously, what's wrong with the five seconds it takes to unclip a straplock?

I have a cliplock on one of my guitars that I only play at home. The fact that the connectors are plastic makes me nervous, so I wouldn't put one on a guitar I actually gigged with. I've broken every strap I've ever owned that had any kind of plastic connector piece in it.

Ernie Ball Poly straps. Though I liked them before they made them longer. I can't get my Morello on so much these days.
