What's wrong with Behringer Mike? Harley Benton are up and coming, they seem to to Thomann what Donnay is to Sports Soccer. They seem to be doing more and more, and pedals is a nice step forward. My 2x12 is Harley Benton, and it's top quality. I can't comment on the sound, but they do versions of all their cabs with "posh" speakers in instead, for a reasonable price. The build quality really is spotless, it doesn't feel cheap at all.
