That last idea isn't bad. My rule of thumb is not to mess with one that has never been refinished. Once it's been done, it's anybody's game. But that's just how my brain works.

Pat, your Pink is lovely, I very much approve. Astro, not arsed about hedging my bets with the refin, never plan on selling this one. Looks like Surf Green has it at the moment...
