Greasbucket Mod

I know it's not much of a mod but I just got one of these greasebucket mod kits with the 2 caps and resistor.Has anyone done this before?Not really sure what it's supposed to do,.Guess I'll just solder this shit into my Toastrcastr and give it a go.
