Thing is, at the volume Mascis plays, I wonder if you could actually discern which fuzz pedal he's using at any one time?

i was watching a youtube demo of that aquavibe. it's a pretty good sounding pedal.

Having said that he always sounds a little transparent to me, you can really here the Jazzmaster on most recordings and live.
