BYOC Mouse

Post by Johno »

Any of you guys built or played one of these Rat clones, they seem to have lots of options?
Basically i'm looking for a pedal to sit with my TS9DX that packs a bit more of a punch, this looks like it might be the one.

I've not built a Mouse, but I had Mike mod my Rat - LM308 chip, switchable Reutz mod and switchable silicon/LED. It's lush.

I knocked up a quick and dirty demo of the clipping modes. I love it, it's my main distortion and i regularly flick between the clipping modes. The asymmetrical distortion is my favorite. Amp is a tiny terror and guitar is a tele with a humbucker in the bridge.

Do you reckon i should just get this, it appears to be a ready made Rat clone with the mods for about half the price of the BYOC... heck they have even called it the Mouse!

You should buy it for the word 'tonefancier'.
