anyone recording drums on garageband

Post by jjspeedy »

i believe that if you invest into either getting 2 rockband drum sets or the portable rockband drum sets, you could possibly record a full sized drum kit. you just need to download a few programs that allow you to plug the sets into the computer and have it recognized, and then you set each pad and pedal to a different key on your keyboard, and then just open garageband and create a new track and set it to drums, and there you go.

hope this is somewhat helpful to anybody looking to record drums

actually, i remember reading somewhere on the internet of a way to set up a guitar pedal to be the bass pedal for the drum kit
so you could do that to replace your bass pedal, get something alittle more sturdy
